Founder Shane Pulusan Nacpil began her professional journey while still in school, working with a Philippine-based digital agency serving international clients. She was entrusted with managing and maintaining websites for U.S.-based companies, gaining hands-on experience in client communication, website development and digital project execution. This early exposure laid the foundation for a career built on delivering results through smart technology and real-world strategy.

Leading Corporate Projects in the Philippines

Shane contributed to major campaigns and digital initiatives for top brands including Chowking, 7-Eleven, Rex Bookstore and Shell Petroleum. Her work spanned design, systems rollout and marketing support establishing her reputation for delivering quality work for high-impact clients.

Relocated to Dubai, UAE

With a vision to expand and challenge herself across new industries, Shane moved to Dubai opening doors to opportunities across sectors including real estate, hospitality and creative design.

Cross-Industry Roles & Marketing Leadership

She gained diverse experience by:

• Working with a creative agency in Dubai Media City
• Leading marketing and branding as Head of Marketing for a national paint manufacturing company, overseeing both traditional and digital business operations

This period sharpened her ability to manage both technical execution and strategic communication at scale.

SaaS & Telecom Industry (VAS Sector)

Shane spent 3 years with a SaaS telecom company focused on value-added services (VAS). She was involved in launching and managing digital products such as mobile learning platforms, cloud-based games, ringtones and movie streaming services across various telecom channels in the UAE.

Her responsibilities included creating campaign banners, designing HTML5 ad creatives and optimizing user interface experiences for better engagement. These campaigns were deployed across markets in the U.S., Southeast Asia and the GCC, contributing to increased user acquisition and service activation across diverse audiences.

Tire Industry Strategy, Marketing and Transformation

Shane served nearly 7 years in the tire sector, where she managed a wide range of responsibilities spanning marketing, software development and business strategy. She played a key role in driving digital transformation and scaling operations for well-known brands such as Bridgestone, Kumho, Landsail, Doublestar, Apollo and others. In addition, she led the digital growth of the Dial-A-Tire brand in the UAE, overseeing its online presence, marketing initiatives and B2C marketplace strategy.

After two decades of building across industries, platforms, and regions, Shane Pulusan Nacpil officially founded Reserve Digital Solutions FZ LLC in the UAE.
